Standard Return Policy on All Other Wedding Items

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase , please email our customer service team upon receipt of merchandise, we accept return 5 days of receipt,  email us to request a return authorization by using our self service returns.

You may return new, unopened items within 5 days of your carrier delivery date for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging. Please note we are unable to accept partial returns.

Please contact us via email at  [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your package. We will email you a confirmation email with return instructions.

All Returns must have a RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box.

No returns will be credited without an issued RA number.

Please return your order to the warehouse address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not return your order to our showroom address, unless indicated. Returns to an incorrect address will be charged additional shipping for us to return them back to the proper warehouse inventory.

For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as, UPS or Fed Ex. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely. In the instance where our warehouses cannot locate your return, we will use the tracking to verify the return and issue credit to your account.

Please insure your parcel back to the address we provide you in our return email, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

Under no circumstances do we accept returns past 5 days calculated from the UPS delivery date.

Who Pays Shipping Costs on a Return?

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In the event an item is returned not in the original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

REFUNDS ON ORDERS WHICH RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING

If the returned item causes your order to fall below our free shipping threshold, you will be subject to the original shipping charges.

If you return an entire order which received free shipping, you will be responsible for the original shipping on the order.

NO REFUNDS ON:*  Items returned which were damaged during transit back to us. Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

* Orders which are returned to the incorrect return address. We will email you the proper address to return your order to. Please follow the return instructions in our return email. Since we have multiple distribution centers, your order will need to be returned to address we provide to you.

* Returns past 7 days, calculated from the UPS/Fed Ex or carrier delivery date.

* Any items in the "Items Not Returnable" category (found above).

Return Policy

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality wedding favors and accessories and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. You can return anything except the items in the category below:

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:

* Partial Quantity Returns Due to quantity pricing, we cannot accept partial order returns.

* Customized orders, personalized orders, and engraved products.

* Customized glass order , glass items such as: Murano glass plates, crystal bowls, porcelain plates, glass plates, dish plates, any other glass, crystal or porcelain plates or bowls etc and/or personalized plates. personalized orders, and engraved glass products.

* Sample Orders (ex - single favor items)

* Edible and Confectionery merchandise

* Wearable’s (i.e. - garters, jewelry)

* Customized Wearable’s Our Bridal and Bridal Party tees are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.

* Consumables (such as wedding bubbles, candy, cameras)

* Freeze Dried Rose Petals

* Closeouts / Clearance Items

 

Special Return Policy Only on Silk Rose Petals

Silk Rose petals may be returned under the following terms:

* The petals must be returned in the original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition.

* An RMA must be requested within 1 business days of delivery.

* Once an RMA is issued, you have 5 business days from the date of the RMA to return the petals

* Silk rose petals will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Original Postage to you and return postage will not be credited/refunded.

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear to the right of the "payment options" screen.

Can I place orders by phone?

We DO NOT accept phone orders . Our customer relations advisers are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM ET to answer your questions. We'd love to talk to you!

Can you "rush" my order?

Due to the Nature of our business. We do not accept rush orders at this time.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed on-line using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards. At this time, we are not accepting checks or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6.5%).

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

My Wedding Day Favors Inc has no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. There are some exceptions, please check the product information pages.

Do you offer samples?

You can order most of our favors in quantities of one with the exception of personalized, edible or items sold in a set. You will be charged the unit price of the product sample(s) plus shipping and handling. Once you place your final order with one of our customer relations advisers, you will be refunded the original ground shipping cost.

Why do you ask for my event date?

Order Tracking & Updates

How do I check the status of my order?

You have several options for tracking your order:

·  Track directly from our Web site

· Track from the  UPS Web site with your UPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.

Track from the  Federal Express Web site with your UPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.

 

· If your order is shipped directly from one of our vendors, please contact our us Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM ET at:  239-220-5488 for tracking information.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive two e-mails. The first will be to confirm your order has been received. Please review your order confirmation immediately upon receipt and call us immediately if any changes need to be made. The second email will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing and has not been personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer relations advisor Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM ET at  1-239-220-5488 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made.

What if my order is undeliverable?

If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any return & reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package. We do not require signatures for most deliveries. However, UPS may, at their discretion, require a signature. In this event, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact UPS for delivery. Three notices will be left by the driver at the home of the recipient and if unanswered, the package will be returned to us for a fee and UPS will charge another fee to reship.

Credit/Returns

Non-personalized items can be returned within 5 calendar days of delivery. Item needs to be in original packaging and the customer will be responsible for shipping payment.

Personalized items cannot be returned.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment comes back and has been refused, we will contact our customer immediately via email.

We will keep the shipment for 10 business days, then it will go back to My Wedding Day Favors Inc. customer. Cathy's customer will be charged for shipping.

My Wedding Day Favors, Inc. customer will be charged a refusal fee of $15. Any package that has a retail value under $25 will be disposed of by My Wedding Day Favors, Inc. after the 10 business days.

No credits will be given for refused shipments.

Damaged Items

Must have pictures of damaged item, emailed to  [email protected] with subject line: "Damaged Item"

In order to receive a replacement for a damaged item, we must receive a notification within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.

Free shipping for replacements.

Processing Times

Your order will begin processing the following business day after your order has been submitted. This is when the 48 hour window begins. Processing time may vary dependent on how your orders are submitted. Orders must be submitted by 2pm EST in order for the 48 hour window to begin the next day.
